Job summary

Omnicom Media in London is seeking an enthusiastic Account Executive to thrive in a collaborative team while also taking initiative on independent projects. The role covers market and guest communications, ticket and hospitality asset management, and guest programme planning for a major sporting event.

You will work with clients and rights holders, manage ticket allocations and invitations, draft copy, track in-season allocations, and contribute to planning and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in event and ticketing management is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Dedicated email inbox management; respond to clients, market contacts, and stakeholders.
• Liaise with clients and rights holders on ticket and hospitality allocation, requests and distribution.
• Manage tickets and hospitality assets through the system; draft copy, update imagery, manage inventory and RSVPs.
• Support in-season tracking of ticket allocations, billing, and reporting; produce status updates and notes.
