This role blends planning, supplier liaison, guest management and on-site execution, with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing premium hospitality at sports events.
• Experience with international guest programmes for brands.
• Able to work on-site and in the office with travel.

Responsibilities

• Support hospitality operation from planning to execution, including travel.
• Plan, engage suppliers and manage tickets and guestlists.
• Track budgets and report on account activity.
• Coordinate with Hospitality Manager on global experiences.
• Build relationships with rights holders for approvals and deadlines.
• Provide client service and post-event reporting.
