Job summary

Omnicom Media in London is seeking an enthusiastic Account Executive who can thrive in a team environment but also work independently on market and guest communications, ticketing and hospitality asset management for a high-profile sporting event.

You will manage dedicated email inboxes, liaise with clients and rights holders on ticket allocations, and oversee tickets and hospitality assets in the ticketing and guest management systems.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong MS Office experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
• Attention to detail with ability to prioritise tasks.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.

Responsibilities

• Dedicated email inbox management; respond to clients and stakeholders.
• Liaise with clients and rights holders on ticket and hospitality allocation/requests.
• Manage tickets and hospitality assets in ticketing/guest systems; draft copy; update imagery; manage RSVPs.
• Support in-season tracking of ticket allocations, billing and reporting.
• Regular stakeholder calls; produce status reports and actions to keep the project on track.
