24 Stories, a premier Evolv Collection restaurant atop Colmore Row in Birmingham, seeks an organised Events Coordinator with reception and front-of-house support. This full-time role combines office event planning with front-of-house duties to ensure seamless client experiences.

You’ll manage bookings, liaise with clients, prepare detailed function sheets, and work closely with Operations to deliver memorable events, while providing warm, professional hospitality across the venue.

Qualifications

• Previous experience coordinating events within hospitality, restaurants, bars or venues is preferred.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Confident using Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Open Table is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage confirmed events and coordinate client requirements in office while supporting reception/front-of-house.
• Own the client journey from confirmation to handover, producing detailed function sheets and coordinating with Operations.
• Deliver events to the highest standard by working closely with the team and managing multiple priorities.
