Job summary

The Mole Resort in North Devon is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead the restaurant, bar and events service. You will supervise daily operations with a focus on guest experience, service standards and teamwork.

This full-time, permanent role offers £13.50 per hour, inclusion in a service charge scheme, and opportunities for training and career development within a luxury countryside resort.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a hospitality team.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant, bar and events service.
• Lead and coach team to deliver outstanding guest service.
• Maintain service standards, health and safety, and hygiene.
• Assist with staff training and onboarding.
• Handle guest enquiries and resolve issues.
• Assist with stock control and inventory management.
• Provide operational support as Duty Supervisor.
