24 Stories, a stunning top floor restaurant located in Birmingham’s Business District, seeks an organised Events Coordinator to join our team. After the Sales Team secures an event, you will take ownership of the client journey, planning every detail and coordinating logistics from confirmation through handover, becoming the client’s main contact.

Qualifications

• Previous experience coordinating events within hospitality, restaurants, bars or venues is preferred.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Confident using Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Open Table is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the client journey after an event is booked, planning every detail to ensure a seamless experience from confirmation through handover.
• Produce detailed function sheets and coordinate with Operations to deliver events to the highest standard.
• Manage multiple events simultaneously and build strong client relationships.
