Job Description
Duties
  • Handle event inquiries via email or phone, communicate promptly, and provide responses or confirmations within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Maximize hotel revenue by upselling food, beverages, and rooms.
  • Create and update function sheets, ensuring amendments are communicated to relevant departments.
  • Manage budgets to ensure events are profitable.
  • Input reservations and data for group inquiries and bookings accurately and promptly.
  • Coordinate with other departments for special requests or reservation details.
  • Implement and update Accor brand and company standards.
  • Maintain security and safety procedures.
  • Encourage a positive work environment and team spirit.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service.
Customer Relations
  • Provide efficient, friendly, and professional service to guests.
  • Lead by example in attending to guest requests, aiming for total customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively engage with customers, and consult the Manager on Duty if issues arise.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and management to meet departmental and hotel goals.
  • Respect and be sensitive to guests and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
  • Promote hotel facilities and special promotions, serving as a brand ambassador.
