Marriott Leicester is seeking a hands-on F&B supervisory professional to lead events and guest experiences. You will model excellence for the team, coordinate conferences and weddings, and ensure flawless service with a focus on safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Experience supervising Food & Beverage in a hotel environment.
• Ability to train and develop a team and lead events.

Responsabilités

• Act as a confident role model for new team members.
• Run conferences and events from small meetings to weddings.
• Liaise with event organisers to meet and exceed expectations.
• Work with the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Manage the department to keep it clean and safe.
• Share recommendations to enhance service and event delivery.
• Train and develop the team.
• Support management to maintain high standards.
• Lead the team in absence of the Conference & Banqueting Manager.
