Leicester Marriott in the heart of England is seeking a proactive Food & Beverage supervisor to lead a well‑coordinated events team. You’ll run conferences and weddings, liaise with organisers and ensure outstanding service with a hands‑on approach.

We’re looking for someone with strong conversational skills, teamwork focus and previous hotel F&B supervision experience. A positive, outgoing attitude helps you thrive in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as a confident role model for new team members with hands‑on leadership.

• Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Manage the department maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.

• Support management to maintain high standards.
• Lead the team in the absence of the Conference & Banqueting Manager.

What You’ll Do
