We’re looking for someone with strong conversational skills, teamwork focus and previous hotel F&B supervision experience. A positive, outgoing attitude helps you thrive in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as a confident role model for new team members with hands‑on leadership.
• Run conferences and events from small meetings to weddings with tailored service.
• Liaise with event organisers to meet and exceed expectations.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Manage the department maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.
• Share recommendations to convey passion for service and events.
• Train and develop the team.
• Support management to maintain high standards.
• Lead the team in the absence of the Conference & Banqueting Manager.
