Job description

Join to apply for the Events Co-ordinator role at Daylesford Organic.

This role is based in the Cotswolds, full-time, 40 hours per week, with a salary range of £27,000 - £30,000 per annum. Flexibility for weekend or evening events is required.

Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end events, including planning, delivery, invoicing, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with teams for proposals and event execution.
  • Support venue management, F&B, and supplier coordination during events.
  • Maintain the Heritage House calendar and support venue operations.
  • Assist with marketing, branding, and venue styling.
  • Manage venue equipment and ensure site readiness pre- and post-events.
  • Support public and ticketed events, including planning and delivery.
  • Handle financial aspects within budgets, including POS and billing.
  • Represent the brand and embody the Daylesford spirit.
  • Drive social and environmental initiatives aligned with sustainability goals.
