Wakefield Council is looking for an enthusiastic Events Administrator to join their Events and Functions Team for a 12-month maternity cover. The role involves managing sales, handling bookings, and providing accurate information to the operational team. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, an excellent communicator, and have a good working knowledge of Excel and MS Office. Flexibility for evening and weekend work is required.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Events Administrator to join our Events and Functions Team for a 12-month period to cover maternity leave. You will be responsible for managing sales and providing accurate information to the Operational Team.
The Events Administrator will deal with general day-to-day administrative duties as well aswork at events as required for the business. The post holder will report to the Soft FM Manager and will liaise with internal and external customers daily.
