Job description

Our client, a leading company in the events industry is looking for an Events Administrator to join their team based in North Leeds. In this role, you will be supporting a busy event steam, ensuring all event logistics, documentation, and communication run smoothly. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the events team
  • Assist in the coordination of event logistics including venues, accommodation suppliers, and travel arrangements
  • Maintain event documentation, timelines, and schedules
  • Liaise with clients and suppliers to confirm details and gather requirements
  • Manage event registration, guest lists, and communications
  • Support the creation of event materials including itineraries and briefing documents
  • Handle post-event admin such as feedback forms and reporting
  • Maintain accurate records and databases
  • General office duties, such as filing and documentation

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or events support role
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Strong communication skills and confident liaising with clients and suppliers
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
  • A proactive attitude and strong attention to detail
