Levy in Birmingham is recruiting a Sales Executive to maximise venue revenue by converting enquiries into bookings while delivering outstanding customer service. You will build strong client relationships, manage multi-channel enquiries, and maintain CRM data with a keen eye on forecasts and venue performance.

Qualifications

• Self-starter with motivation to maximise venue revenue.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Ability to multitask and deliver solutions under pressure.
• Confident in using MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Maximise revenue for the Venue through Conference & Event enquiry handling.
• Provide outstanding customer service and achieve KPIs.
• Develop client and internal relationships through knowledgeable enquiry handling.
• Deliver consistent service across phone, online 3rd party and email enquiries.
• Analyse forecasts, budgets and pace reporting to support strategy.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and research competitor options.
