You’ll coordinate moving parts, brief teams and ensure smooth operation from setup to close-down, while delivering high standards of service to clients and visitors.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in events, hospitality or venue operations.
• Excellent customer service and clear communication.
• Proactive with flexibility to changing priorities.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Awareness of First Aid and Health & Safety regulations.
• Confident working independently and using initiative.
• Basic IT literacy including Outlook and Teams.

Aufgaben

• Support event set-up and close-down.
• Walk customer journeys and brief teams.
• Collaborate with internal colleagues to meet requirements.
• Provide customer service on event days and handle queries.
• Maintain a calm, organised and welcoming environment.
• Manage event stock, AV equipment, stationery and football equipment.
