In a highly visible role, the ideal candidate will support our global calendar of third-party conferences and proprietary programs to enhance Leapwork’s brand awareness, foster lead engagements and create new sales opportunities.

Key responsibilities:
  • Planning and executing events from conception to completion, ensuring all logistical details are meticulously handled and the experience maximises engagement and value.
  • Collaborating with marketing and sales to understand their business targets and strategise alignment with the company’s brand and messaging.
  • Creating and managing event budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Working in partnership with Procurement to negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers to optimise resources and secure all required InfoSec and Privacy approvals.
  • Tracking return on investment, engagement and audience feedback to measure results, assess opportunities for improvement, and optimise future events for an exceptional attendee experience.
  • Anticipating and mitigating potential risks related to events. Developing contingency plans and safety protocols to address unforeseen disruptions.
About you:
  • 5 + years of experience in B2B Marketing or Event Management with a demonstrated ability to engage effectively with users and stakeholders.
  • Capable of leading, creating, and presenting a long-term vision, and with a supporting strategy to achieve it. Equipped with a business focus and delivery approach that enables engagement across departments.
  • Proven effectiveness in collaborating with cross-functional team members, approaching challenges with a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Energy, flexibility and aim to create real and measurable business results. Visionary mindset to align event goals and measurement of success with company business priorities and goals.
  • Experience in executing integrated, ROI-driven Marketing and Lead Generation campaigns.
  • Self-starter with outstanding organisational and time management abilities, keen attention to detail and thinking steps ahead in the process.
  • A dedication to perfecting small details and exceeding user experience expectations.
  • Previous close collaboration with Sales teams, demonstrating an understanding of how to support and accelerate their efforts.
  • A data-driven mindset, with experience in analysing campaign results to derive actionable business recommendations and insights.
  • Comfortability with multi-tasking, catering to various stakeholders, within a fast-paced work environment.
  • Flexibility to travel up to 20% of the time.
