Job summary

Williams F1 Team is seeking a Marketing Logistics Coordinator to support warehouse, stock and freight operations for Hospitality and Events, with additional Marketing support where needed. You will own inventory control, picking/packing, shipment coordination and logistics administration to ensure assets are delivered accurately and on time.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, coordinating with Hospitality, Events and Marketing teams to meet tight deadlines and maintain data accuracy

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, stores or logistics operations.
• Forklift licence preferred.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Experience with inventory systems, shipping admin and purchase orders preferred.
• Good Excel and administrative skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an organised, safe and efficient warehouse area of responsibility.
• Manage storage of Hospitality, Events and selected Marketing assets.
• Maintain accurate stock, inventory and compliance checks using current software systems.
• Complete regular stock counts and reconciliations.
• Monitor stock levels, highlighting shortages or issues, and keep data up to date.
• Operate forklift and other warehouse FLT equipment where qualified.
• Pick, pack and prepare shipments for races, events and activations.
• Ensure items are packed, labelled and dispatched in line with freight timeline constraints.
• Manage returns and post-event stock movements.
• Coordinate with Logistics to book freight movements.
• Oversee inbound and outbound warehouse shipments.
• Prepare shipping paperwork, invoices and related documents.
• Track deliveries and resolve issues proactively.
