  • Support Hospitality, Events and Marketing teams as required.

# Event Support Coordinator – HospitalityAtlassian Williams F1 TeamWitney, United KingdomPosted 2 Oct 2026## About this roleMarketing Logistics CoordinatorWilliams is looking for a Marketing Logistics Coordinator to support the efficient running of warehouse, stock and freight operations for Hospitality and Events, with additional support to Marketing where required.You'll take ownership of inventory control, picking and packing, shipment coordination and logistics administration, making sure all assets and materials are delivered accurately and on time.What you'll be doingWarehouse & Stock- Maintaining an organised, safe and efficient warehouse area of responsibility- Managing storage of Hospitality, Events and selected Marketing assets- Maintaining accurate stock, inventory and compliance checks using current software systems- Completing regular stock counts and reconciliations- Monitoring stock levels, highlighting shortages or issues, and keeping data up to date- Operating forklift and other specialist warehouse FLT equipment where qualifiedPicking, Packing & Dispatch- Picking, packing and preparing shipments for races, events and activations- Ensuring all items are packed, labelled and dispatched in line with freight timeline constraints- Managing returns and post-event stock movementsFreight & Logistics- Coordinating with the Logistics department to book freight movements- Overseeing inbound and outbound warehouse shipments- Preparing shipping paperwork, commercial invoices and related documents- Tracking deliveries and resolving issues proactivelyAdministration- Raising purchase orders for freight, consumables and warehouse requirements- Maintaining supplier and shipment records- Maintaining the inventory stock list for all itemsStakeholder Support- Working closely with Hospitality and Events, Marketing and the wider Marketing team when required- Responding quickly to operational requirements in a fast-paced environmentCompany DescriptionFor almost 50 years, Williams has been at the forefront of one of the fastest sports on the planet, being one of the top three most successful teams in history competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship.
