Job summary

Williams F1 Team is seeking a Marketing Logistics Coordinator to support warehouse, stock and freight operations for Hospitality and Events, with additional support to Marketing where required. You’ll take ownership of inventory control, picking and packing, shipment coordination and logistics administration, ensuring assets and materials are delivered accurately and on time.

Experience in warehouse, stores or logistics operations, forklift licence preferred, strong organisation and Excel skills

• Experience with inventory systems, shipping admin and purchase orders preferred.

Responsibilities

• Warehouse & Stock: Maintain an organised, safe and efficient warehouse area; manage storage of Hospitality, Events and Marketing assets; maintain stock and compliance checks; regular stock counts and reconciliations; monitor stock levels and data accuracy; operate forklifts if qualified.
• Picking, Packing & Dispatch: Pick, pack and prepare shipments; ensure accurate packing and dispatch within freight timelines; manage returns and post-event stock movements.
• Freight & Logistics: Coordinate freight movements; oversee inbound/outbound shipments; prepare shipping paperwork and documents; track deliveries and resolve issues.
• Administration: Raise purchase orders for freight and warehouse needs; maintain supplier/shipment records; maintain inventory lists.
• Stakeholder Support: Work with Hospitality, Events, Marketing and wider team; respond quickly to operational needs in a fast-paced environment.
