Job summary

GET STAFFED ONLINE RECRUITMENT LIMITED is representing a leading independent event lighting and rigging specialist in Basingstoke. The Project Coordinator will join the Project Management team to assist with planning, delivery and coordination of multiple lighting and rigging projects, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.

You will negotiate supplier prices, manage procurement, organise transport, produce RAMS, support the customer-facing team and provide out-of-hours cover.

Qualifications

• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage workload.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good working knowledge of lighting and rigging equipment.
• IT skills to monitor budgets and margins.

Responsibilities

• Locate and negotiate prices for sub-hired equipment.
• Raise and track purchase orders for equipment and services.
• Coordinate transport and logistics for projects.
• Produce RAMS and ensure H&S compliance.
• Match client requirements to rental stock to maximise profitability.
• Provide out-of-hours support as part of the call-out service.
• Keep project files up to date and accessible.
• Coordinate equipment prep with Operations.
