Job summary

TSL Lighting is seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator to join the project management team in Basingstoke. You will support planning, delivery and management of lighting and rigging projects, coordinating equipment, transport, and supplier relationships while serving as the main technical contact for projects.

A fast-paced environment and commercial awareness are essential. The role involves close collaboration with the customer-facing team and requires strong organisational and communication

Qualifications

• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage your own workload.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong IT knowledge to monitor budgets, profit margins and the like.
• Willingness to travel within the UK, Europe and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement and rental of equipment for projects.
• Negotiate prices and manage supplier orders.
• Plan transport and logistics to support project schedules.
• Produce RAMS and ensure H&S compliance.
• Maintain project files and update stakeholders.
• Provide out-of-hours support as needed.
