• Clear communication and interpersonal skills across colleagues, suppliers and customers.
• Confident negotiation and supplier management in a deadline-driven environment.
• Previous experience in an office or administration role is advantageous.
• Commercial awareness with attention to accuracy and the bigger picture.
• Strong teamwork skills and flexibility in a small, fast-changing team.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to pick up new programmes quickly.

Responsibilities

• Allocate crew and labour to projects and productions.
• Book and schedule freelance subcontractors for events, including PO creation and work schedules.
• Assign skills and costs of subcontractors to project roles to balance value and capability.
• Negotiate rates and terms with subcontractors.
• Maintain records of training, skills, qualifications and insurances for subcontractors.
• Appraise new subcontractors applying to provide services.
