Delta Hotels by Marriott Tudor Park Country Club in Kent is seeking an Event Executive to join our Sales Team. You will guide clients through event options, plan bespoke packages, and ensure every detail is flawlessly executed to deliver warm welcomes and memorable experiences.

This role emphasises building relationships, upselling catering and accommodation, and preparing proposals, contracts and BEOs with precision.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with clients daily to build relationships and identify opportunities.
• Foster lasting relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service and repeat bookings.
• Act as primary contact for clients and guests, providing clear information about facilities and services.
• Use sales techniques to maximise revenue while nurturing loyalty.
• Conduct personalised show rounds of the hotel for prospective clients.
• Create bespoke event packages for corporate, social, and private events.
• Prepare client quotations including proposals, contracts, and BEOs with accuracy.
• Upsell food & beverage, accommodation, and additional services to maximise revenue.
• Create information packs, brochures, and promotional materials to support sales.
• Collaborate with all hotel departments to maintain a positive, efficient environment.
• Support Sales & Marketing with essential administrative tasks.
