Job Title: Event Coordinator

As an Event Coordinator, you will be instrumental in driving sales engagement and generating leads through the operational planning and flawless execution of our EMEA field marketing and global GTM enablement events. Collaborating closely with the Marketing and Sales Enablement teams, you will contribute to the end-to-end management of a diverse portfolio of events. Your efforts will directly support our marketing objectives and empower our sales team to achieve greater success. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and proactive individual passionate about creating impactful event experiences and fostering strong internal and external relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Field Marketing Event Coordination:
  2. Collaborate with the Marketing team on planning, coordination, and execution of conferences, tradeshows, hosted events, and hospitality initiatives.
  3. Conduct venue and vendor research, gather proposals, and coordinate logistics.
  4. Manage relationships with external vendors, venues, and partners to ensure quality service and cost-effectiveness.
  5. Handle event logistics such as catering, AV, signage, materials, and on-site support.
  6. Create promotional materials and communications to boost registration and engagement.
  7. Develop engaging content for events, including presentations, signage, and website info.
  8. Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth execution and address issues proactively.
  9. Track and report key event metrics like attendance, leads, and engagement to evaluate success and identify improvements.

Work with the Sales Enablement team to plan and execute internal sales events:

  1. Annual Kick-Off (100+ attendees)
  2. Mid-Year Training (multi-track, 100+ attendees)
  3. Sales Club (luxury incentive trip for top performers)

Manage event registration, travel, accommodation, and onsite execution.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing, event management, or related fields.
  • Calm under pressure, able to meet deadlines.
  • Quick learner with initiative.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented thinker.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Willing to travel and work occasional evenings.
  • Experience with B2B marketing events.
  • Proficiency in French.
