THE ROLE

With increasing events and expanding client work, there is now an opportunity for an experienced Event Catering Manager to oversee and deliver catering operations across the venue's public events, private hires, and onsite outlets.

This broad role includes:

1. Overseeing catering operations at events and outlets
2. Managing resources to meet financial targets
3. Line managing internal team members and supervising agency staff
4. Collaborating with the operations team
5. Liaising with clients and stakeholders
6. Supporting team development through performance monitoring and feedback
7. Contributing to catering budgets and P&L management
8. Monitoring stock levels
9. Managing external catering concessions and vendors

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate should have experience managing bars, cafes, or concessions, preferably within a large event environment. COSHH certification and a valid liquor license are desirable but not essential.
