Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute a wide range of events
• Act as the main liaison between clients, ensuring menus align with needs, dietary restrictions, and budgets
• Oversee all food and beverage logistics
• Develop detailed event plans, including timelines, layouts, supplier schedules, and contingency plans
• Conduct site visits and oversee event setup, service, and breakdown, ensuring smooth operations in line with brand standards
