Responsibilities

Ensure effective and corrective action is taken on all accounts in accordance with company procedure and Group Compliance Policy.
Handle customer/dealer queries by telephone, correspondence, or email, in line with Group Policies.
Lead and support customers/dealers throughout the complaint process
Action outgoing calls by telephones to our customers, and provide a high level of service to customers, colleagues and intermediaries
Be flexible in relation to working hours, we operate an out of hours service on a rota basis.
