Northridge Finance, part of Bank of Ireland UK, is seeking a customer service role in Belfast to manage accounts, answer queries, and guide customers through the complaint process. The team operates a shift pattern with evenings and weekends.

• Be flexible in relation to working hours, we operate an out of hours service on a rota basis.

Please note this team work on a shift pattern basis and candidates need to be available to work evenings and weekends.

In this role you will -

• Ensure effective and corrective action is taken on all accounts in accordance with company procedure and Group Compliance Policy.

• Lead and support customers/dealers throughout the complaint process
