LGH Hotels Management Ltd is seeking an evenings-only Chef de Partie at Holiday Inn Brentwood M25 Jct.28 to join our busy culinary team. You will take responsibility for a specific kitchen section, produce high-quality dishes, and maintain presentation to exacting standards during a fast-paced service.

You will guide junior chefs, ensure food safety and hygiene, and collaborate with the wider kitchen to deliver smooth service.

Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Partie or in a similar role.
• Ability to work evenings and maintain high standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes within your section.
• Take ownership of your area and ensure presentation standards.
• Support and guide junior kitchen team members.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic work environment.
