You’ll drive quality and efficiency, mentor junior staff, and ensure safety and hygiene standards across all service periods. A flexible, hardworking, and upbeat attitude is essential for success.

Qualifications

• You’ll already be an established Chef de Partie or a Commis Chef seeking their next challenge.
• Outstanding cooking skills gained within a fast-paced environment; background flexible.
• Creative and passionate about profitable, exciting specials.

Responsibilities

• Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes in your area of responsibility; follow specifications for high standard outputs.
• Support Head Chef and Sous Chef in producing a range of specials.
• Ensure stations are well stocked with what is needed throughout service.
• Mentor and develop Commis Chefs in your hotel; share knowledge and expertise.
• Ensure you and your team meet high standards of food and health and safety regulations.
