LGH Hotels Management Ltd is seeking an evenings-only Chef de Partie at Holiday Inn Brentwood M25 Jct.28 to join our busy culinary team. You will take responsibility for a specific kitchen section, produce high-quality dishes, and maintain presentation to exacting standards during a fast-paced service.

The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our culinary team at the hotel. This role is an important part of the kitchen’s success, combining technical skill, consistency and teamwork to deliver high-quality food and a smooth service.

As a Chef de Partie, you will take responsibility for a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring dishes are prepared and presented to a consistently high standard. Your calm, organised approach and pride in your work will help maintain quality, even during busy periods, supporting both the guest experience and the wider kitchen team.

You will work closely with colleagues, supporting junior team members through guidance and example, while helping to maintain a clean, safe and well-structured kitchen environment where everyone can perform at their best.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes efficiently and consistently within your section
• Take ownership of your area, ensuring standards of food quality and presentation are always met
• Support, guide and help develop junior members of the kitchen team
• Maintain a clean, organised and hygienic work environment at all times
• Follow all food safety, hygiene and health & safety regulations consistently
• Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen team to support smooth and well-timed service
