You will guide junior team members and maintain strict hygiene, safety, and presentation standards, collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction across LGH hotels.

Formación

• Experience as Chef de Partie or similar role.
• Ability to produce high-quality, well-presented food.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain standards.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in your section.
• Own your area ensuring standards of food quality and presentation.
• Support and develop junior kitchen team members.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic work environment at all times.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene and health & safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
