• Has experience as Chef de Partie or in a similar role.
• Produces high-quality, well-presented dishes.
• Manages own section with structured workflow.
• Mentors junior kitchen team and leads by example.
• Maintains standards under pressure and busy service.
• Values teamwork, communication and organisation in kitchen.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes efficiently within your section.
• Take ownership of your area and maintain presentation standards.
• Support and develop junior kitchen team members.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic work environment at all times.
• Follow all food safety and health & safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the wider kitchen team for smooth service.
• Remain calm and professional during busy service periods.
