Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and visitors and maintain a warm environment.
• Manage appointments and handle patient enquiries by phone and in person.
• Maintain accurate patient records on EMIS.
• Carrying out general administrative tasks to support the healthcare team.
• Manage conflicts calmly and escalate issues affecting service delivery.
• Attend meetings and contribute to service development.
• Keep reception area tidy and maintain a safe work environment.
