Job summary

Co-op in Hertford is hiring a Customer Team Member to deliver friendly customer service on the shop floor and tills. You will work with a small team to keep shelves stocked, support daily operations and promote Co-op Membership in a busy community store. Qualifications

• A genuine passion for helping people and delivering great customer service.
• The ability to work flexibly across a number of shifts and as part of a team.
• An interest in retail and working in a busy store environment (experience not essential).

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly and thoughtful service to customers on the shop floor and tills.
• Support day-to-day store operations and keep shelves stocked and prices accurate.
• Work with the team to ensure the store runs smoothly and provides a great shopping experience.
• Help maintain store standards, prices, dates and stock accuracy.
• Promote Co-op Membership and engage with the local community.
• Be flexible with shifts, including weekends and late shifts.
