Job summary

Co-op is seeking Customer Team Members to join our local store, delivering friendly service and helping customers with everyday needs. You’ll be part of a fast-paced team, working on the shop floor, tills, and ensuring shelves are stocked and prices are accurate.

We offer full paid training, a supportive team environment, and opportunities to engage with community initiatives. Expect 16 hours per week with regular overtime and at least one weekend shift, with a flexible interview process.

• Interest in retail and busy store environment (experience not essential)
