Job summary

Co-op Group in Shefford is seeking Customer Team Members to join a local Co-op store, delivering friendly, helpful service and supporting essential services in the community.

You will work across shifts from early mornings to late evenings, including at least one weekend shift, with full training provided. This is a permanent part‑time role, 12 hours per week with regular overtime and a starting pay of £13.04 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly and thoughtful service, helping to put things right when needed.
• Work with your team to keep the store running smoothly.
• Hands-on on the shop floor and tills, contributing to daily operations for a great shopping experience.
• Keep shelves stocked and check prices, dates, and stock accuracy.
• Ensure store safety and legal compliance with pricing and temperatures.
• Promote Co-op Membership and support the local community.
