Job summary

Co-op is seeking a Customer Team Member in Derbyshire. You will deliver friendly service on the shop floor and tills, help keep shelves stocked, and support store tasks including post office or bakery duties where applicable. The role includes early mornings, late evenings, and at least one weekend shift, with full paid training.

You will be part of a welcoming team, helping customers daily and promoting Co-op membership. Benefits and support are provided as part of our local community focus.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Able to work early mornings, weekends and varied shifts.
• Must be aged 18 or over.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly and thoughtful service on the shop floor and tills.
• Keep shelves stocked, check prices and dates, and support store operations.
• Assist with post office, bakery or online order tasks as required by store.
• Promote Co-op membership and contribute to a great shopping experience.
