Job summary

Active Care Group is seeking a Children's Support Worker in Eastbourne on a part-time basis. You will provide person-centred support to children with complex health needs in their family homes and local communities, including after-school and weekend shifts.

Shifts include weekday evenings and weekend daytimes, with monthly rotas. Training, DBS checks, and a pension are offered to support ongoing professional development and career progression.
