Job summary

Active Care Group Southport is seeking a part-time Children's Support Worker to join our care team supporting a 15-year-old boy in his family home and in the community.

The role offers weekday evenings (4pm-7pm), 15 hours a week, with a flexible zero-hours contract, rota planning in advance, and full specialist training. Earn up to £13.50 per hour plus holiday pay and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in care or support roles preferred.
• Commitment to building trusted, supportive relationships with young people.
• Willingness to work weekday evenings and be part of a two-person shift.
