Job summary

PHOENIX Medical Supplies Ltd. seeks a Warehouse Supervisor for our Belfast Depot. This role leads daily operations, ensuring orders are picked accurately and efficiently, with strict attention to safety and quality.

You will drive KPIs, train staff, and maintain compliance with GDP and health & safety standards. We offer a stable permanent role with a base rate of £15.45 per hour plus supplements, 37.5 hours per week, and enhanced benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven warehouse experience.
• Understanding of Health & Safety laws and regulations.
• Leadership qualities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Well organized and detail oriented.
• Desirable IOSH, First Aid, and Fire Marshall qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Drive depot KPIs in quality and productivity while maintaining discipline, cleanliness and staffing for efficiency.
• Oversee accurate order picking, stock rotation (FEFO), and secure handling of products including returns and controlled drugs.
• Maintain GDP, OHS, and QMS compliance across warehouse operations.
• Support induction and ongoing training of warehouse staff to keep teams multi-skilled and responsive.
