Job summary

AAH Pharmaceuticals Limited is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a busy warehouse team and ensure efficient distribution of pharmaceutical and healthcare products. The role covers day shifts with occasional Sunday cover, up to 39 hours weekly, and may require weekends.

You will drive safety, adherence to GDP/MHRA standards, and achievement of service targets while managing resources and costs. The employer offers development opportunities and a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Previous Warehouse experience and a sound understanding of warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach your team to ensure productivity and KPI’s are being achieved.
• Plan and manage designated resource to undertake the day to day work to achieve service levels and key branch performance targets within employment costs.
• Ensure the safe operation and upkeep of all warehouse equipment and maintain high standards of health and safety, cleanliness and hygiene in all areas of the branch.
• Ensure the operation adheres to Standard Operating Procedures within the branch to ensure compliance with statutory requirements of all regulatory bodies, GDP, MHRA and to retain the branch ISO quality accreditation.
• Make decisions which positively affect all aspects of branch performance that are aligned with our values.
• Ensure an excellent customer experience is provided at all times.
