Job summary

PHOENIX Medical Supplies Ltd. seeks a Warehouse Supervisor for our Belfast Depot. This role leads daily operations, ensuring orders are picked accurately and efficiently, with strict attention to safety and quality.

You will drive KPIs, train staff, and maintain compliance with GDP and health & safety standards. We offer a stable permanent role with a base rate of £15.45 per hour plus supplements, 37.5 hours per week, and enhanced benefits.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accurate order picking, stock rotation (FEFO), and secure handling of products including returns and controlled drugs.
• Maintain GDP, OHS, and QMS compliance across warehouse operations.
• Support induction and ongoing training of warehouse staff to keep teams multi-skilled and responsive.

Warehouse Supervisor

Belfast

37.5 hours, working Monday to Friday 14.00-22.00

£15.45 base rate, with time based supplements totalling between £15.45-15.65 per hour

We’re looking for an experienced Warehouse Team Lead or Supervisor to come join our Belfast Depot . In this role you be important in ensuring key performance indicators (KPIs) are met, ensuring we exceed our customers’ expectations. Monitoring and ensuring all operations are carried out with a high level of attention to detail , gu aranteeing customer orders are fulfilled in a safe, secure , and timely manner.

Heart of the role

• Drive depot KPIs in quality and productivity while ensuring discipline, cleanliness, and optimal staffing for maximum efficiency.
• Oversee accurate order picking, stock rotation (FEFO), and secure handling of products, including credit returns and controlled drugs.
• Maintain compliance with Good Distribution Practice (GDP), Occupational Health & Safety (OHS), and the company’s Quality Management System (QMS)
• Support the induction and ongoing training of warehouse employees, ensuring they are multi-skilled and equipped to meet operational demands.

In this role you will be required to stand and walk for the majority of your shift, as well as needing to be able to lift (products up to 15kg), bend, twist, kneel, and crouch.
