Job summary

PHOENIX Medical Supplies Ltd in Telford is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead the NuCare Depot team. You will drive KPIs, ensure accurate order picking, stock rotation (FEFO), and safe handling of products, including returns and controlled drugs.

You will oversee GDP, OHS and QMS compliance, and help train staff to multi-skill to meet operational demands. The role requires standing/walking most of the shift and ability to lift up to 15kg.

• Desirable: IOSH, First Aid, Fire Marshall

Responsibilities

• Drive depot KPIs in quality and productivity while ensuring discipline, cleanliness, and optimal staffing for maximum efficiency.
• Oversee accurate order picking, stock rotation (FEFO), and secure handling of products, including credit returns and controlled drugs.
• Maintain GDP, OHS and QMS compliance.
• Support induction and training of warehouse staff to be multi-skilled and meet operational demands.
