The Cellar Trust is seeking an Associate Therapist to deliver high-intensity therapies across Bradford District. You will provide 1:1 sessions using HI-CBT, EMDR, or MBT for adults with complex needs, in a role requiring evening hours and occasional remote work.

Sessions occur across Bradford and Craven with possible face-to-face delivery in Shipley/Keighley locations, or remotely, or a mix. Accreditation in HI-CBT/BABCP and MBT training are essential for eligibility.

Qualifikationen

• Essential postgraduate training in High Intensity CBT with BABCP accreditation or pending accreditation.
• UKCP-registered or eligible psychotherapist with MBT training under MBT adherence framework.
• Current registration with a relevant professional body.
• Experience in High Intensity CBT, EMDR, or MBT with adults.

Aufgaben

• Deliver safe, ethical psychological therapy within service pathways.
• Provide structured High Intensity CBT, EMDR, or MBT interventions.
• Operate within triage-informed, time-limited therapy framework.
• Identify and respond to risk and safeguarding concerns per policy.
• Maintain clear boundaries and manage clinical risk.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues, referrers, and external professionals.
• Attend monthly clinical supervision and required MBT/EMDT supervision.
• Contribute to service development, audits, and quality improvement.
• Accurately complete outcome measures and collect client feedback.
• Maintain timely, confidential electronic case records.
