Job summary

NHS Professionals seeks an experienced Band 7 CBT/EMDR Therapist for a 3-month placement in Herefordshire/Worcestershire. You will deliver high intensity therapy, assess referrals, and tailor treatment plans for perinatal mental health cases in a hybrid-working model.

Must hold a high intensity qualification and BABCP accreditation, with experience in mental health services and perinatal loss/trauma. Competitive pay and flexible shifts offered.

Qualifications

• Qualification from a high intensity course for adults in the required modality.
• Full BABCP accreditation.
• Proven perinatal loss/trauma experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide High Intensity Therapy in one or more modalities.
• Accept referrals via service protocols.
• Assess patients for suitability of psychological interventions.
• Conduct patient-centred interviews to identify change/recovery goals.
• Formulate and evaluate high intensity treatments.
