Job summary

The Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an accredited High Intensity CBT Therapist (Band 7) to join our Talking Therapies service in North/East Cornwall. The role is both full-time and part-time with hybrid working and a focus on delivering NICE-guided high intensity CBT to adults.

You will work within a supportive multidisciplinary team, receive regular supervision, and have access to ongoing professional development opportunities while contributing to service improvement and

Qualifications

• Post Graduate Diploma in HI CBT or equivalent.
• BABCP accreditation.
• Continued CPD and willingness to continue.
• Complete HI supervisor training or equivalent.
• Formal training in and experience providing clinical supervision.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high intensity CBT interventions per NICE guidelines.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Provide advice and consultation on psychological care to non-CBT colleagues and carers.
• Collaborate across sectors and maintain accurate clinical records.
• Participate in supervision and ongoing professional development.
