Waulud Primary School is seeking a Cleaning Operative to join our team and help maintain a healthy and safe school environment. The role starts ASAP, with 10 hours per week across 50 weeks per year and a 15:30–17:30 schedule from Monday to Friday.

The position is permanent, offering a stable role within a supportive leadership team, and candidates must be fluent in spoken English. Availability during school holidays is essential.

Qualifications

• Availability to work during school holidays is essential.
• Willingness to undergo child protection screening including DBS checks.

Responsibilities

• Clean the school to maintain a healthy and safe environment.
• Assist in cleaning during the school day and after hours as required.
• Support cleaning across holidays when school is closed.
