Job summary

West Heath Primary School is seeking two cleaners to join our site team, providing a clean, safe environment for pupils and staff. The role is 12.5 hours per week, 4.00pm to 6.30pm, Monday to Friday, term time or all year round.

Training will be provided; prior school cleaning experience is desirable but not essential. The post is subject to DBS and safeguarding checks as part of our recruitment process. We offer a supportive team and a positive working environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a cleaner in a school or education setting is desirable but not essential.
• Good attendance and reliability required.
• Ability to follow safeguarding and health & safety training.

Responsibilities

• Carry out regular and one-off cleaning tasks as directed by the Site Manager.
• Use PPE and safety signs correctly; report issues promptly.
