Job summary

Tividale Hall Primary School is seeking a dedicated cleaner to join the cleaning team and maintain high standards of cleanliness across the school site. The role is part-time, 12.5 hours per week, with shifts 15:30–18:00, Monday to Friday, reporting to the Site Manager.

Training will be provided; you will follow COSHH and health & safety practices at all times. An enhanced DBS check is required for this role with safeguarding considerations in place.

Qualifications

• Training will be provided; prior experience is not essential.
• Ability to follow instructions and work flexibly.
• High expectations of self and team; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Clean designated areas: sweeping, hoovering, general cleaning and sanitising.
• Empty bins and sanitize touch points (doors, handrails, etc.).
• Window cleaning at safe levels and handle spillages as required.
• Comply with COSHH and health & safety practices at all times.
